My trip to Klang, 20th-21st of February 2009
by Nick on Feb.22, 2009, under My Life
Klang, where I thought it was some backwater city with dead zombies dragging their feet around, which now has turned to a man-made paradise after my short visit, it is a paradise, indeed. Although I was there in such a short period (8pm to the next day’s 9pm), but it was enough for me to witness what is defined as entertainment, well at least for me
.
Our tour consist of 3 members, me, Chris (aka. Christopher, FlukSin) and the tour guide with no sense of direction, Kel Ming. On the night we reached Klang about 8:30pm, Kel Ming’s dad gave us a ride to Bukit Tinggi to have our dinner. On the way, I was so bored and thought I would be dead by boredom because KTM and LRT has taken my one and a half hour of my life and now the MyVi beast is stealing my time, drastically.
Yay, we have reached a restaurant at about 9:15 pm, we put our bags in the car and get our feet moving. We went to the second floor of the restaurant and BOOM! Pretty girls are situated at every angle, seriously Chris and I were shocked by the gorgeous scene! Klang girls certainly know how to dress and make up though, pretty impressed with a little disappointment for not having a lot in Petaling Jaya.
After a long meal and a long chit-chat, we went down and start finding a bar to drink. Well they(bars) are very costly with their beers, it’s not like they purchased it from Mount Everest and yet the price would not be haggle down. “Darn it” we said it in ourselves then we walked away. On our way to another bar, we suddenly decided to give up the idea of drinking, as our money is insufficient to keep giving away. Hence we reached another restaurant instead and I had a soya bean, so did Chris. We had that night in Kel Ming’s house with games and a little gossiping.
The mattresses that we slept on were so comfortable till we all woke up late, around 10am. We then get our body bathed and hair styled up then BAK KUT TEH ikimashou! Since Kel Ming does not has a license yet, and I do not want to risk my P license from being hung, Chris decided to do the dirty job – drive the car (wira). The road was really congested with cars, bull drivers included Chris. When we reached there it was around 11:45am, and then we had a great meal of BAK KUT TEH. It was tasty and great, most importantly it’s cheap.
After the brunch (Breakfast + Lunch), we were on our way to pick up a girl. The girl is well dressed as well as nicely maked up, pretty is what I can describe. We went to Jaya Jusco near Kel Ming’s house and watched a movie. Darn, the movie Eden Lake is such a crap, it wasted my one and a half hours in my life for watching a couple being tortured, bullied, and hunted by a bunch of 12 years old kid. The movie has some gory scene, like inserting the paper cutter into the guy’s mouth and twist and turn it, yes, truly disgusting and the ending was such a mess too.
The movie got us in a bad mood and we were very moody
. The girl had to return to her house for some family dinner so we fetched her back and then came back to Jaya Jusco again. What’s next? KTV in greenbox! We had our great time there with two girls, Amanda and another girl (Kel Ming’s cousin sister) whom I had forgotten her name, my bad. Amanda was the star of that day, she could sing so well until I was so impressed and got her cellphone number. We taken a photo though…Kel Ming’s cousin sister was not in the photo because she left early.

Amanda (left), Chris (down), Kel Ming (behind), Me ( the most handsome guy)
We sang for 3 hours, and then we returned to Kel Ming house and had Bak kut teh for our dinner, we really ate a lot of pork on that day. After that we packed and Kel Ming’s brother fetched us to the KTM station, so that’s the story, sorry for describing a 2 days journey soooo long haha.
Do we need to have a boyfriend/girlfriend?
by Nick on Feb.16, 2009, under The Reason
I’ve been crazy to have a girlfriend in my life, one of the reason is that I studied in a guys school since primary and secondary school (till form 3). Two years ago I moved to PJ, Selangor and start experiencing studying with girls (Form 4 in high school), and I was a love-desperado till I almost liked 30% of the girls I knew, it was miserable.
Still being a love-desperado with reduced adrenaline dosage, I’m still an ‘occupied-hunger’, trying to get rid of my single status. Recently, I have a tour to my own blog and re-read everything I have written, and then I have this question in mind, do we really need to have a boyfriend or girlfriend? The answer is always double-sided where none is correct. For me, I think coupling is a great thing though, not to mention showing off.
How sweet is it to know that even everyone is opposing you, there is still one believing you and always stands by your side.
When you’re feeling lonely, there is one willing to sacrifice their time just to brighten up your minutes.
When you’re bored, there is one to always laugh at your joke even though it is not funny.
When your mind is congested, there is one to bear the weight on your shoulders with you.
My friends(guys) are kind of desperate too, so I’m not walking alone heh. But they are good in getting a girlfriend, wondering is there a skill needed for wooing a girl.
Is law really fair?
by Nick on Feb.13, 2009, under The Reason
Several days ago I came across an article mentioning about there was a case of a burglar trying to break into an old man’s house, and I feel the decision made by the judge is a little absurd. Let me tell the story with my own words to make it not that complicated.
Mr.Revill planned to break into a brick shed owned by Mr. Newbery at about 2 o’clock in the morning. Mr.Newbery, the aged 76 old man was sleeping in the shed in order to protect his property after earlier thefts and vandalism. He had a shotgun with him. When he was awakened and realized that Revill was trying to break into his shed, Mr.Newbery loaded the shotgun and shot at Revill. The shot hit Revill on the right upper arm and chest. Revill was then prosecuted soon.
Mr.Revill then brought up a civil case agaisnt Mr.Newbery claiming injuries he had suffered from the shotgun blast. In the end the judge had ordered Mr.Newbery to pay Mr.Revill £4,033 for the injuries he had caused to Mr.Revill.
This outcome of the judge’s decision was a little ridiculous for me as in common sense, an aged 76 old man is not capable to stop the burglar with his bear hands and probably he will get injuries with his property stolen. Mr.Newbery has the rights to protects his properties but he wouldn’t have causing injury to Mr.Revill if Revill was not having the intention to break into Newbery’s shed.
My studies..
by Nick on Feb.10, 2009, under Future
Alright, high school life is ended, not to say miss, but I guess I’m still indulging in the high school days where we had fun throughout the day without any worries. I used to let tomorrow worries about tomorrow though, who needs tomorrow while you have the world tonight.
Now, I’m having my Cambridge A-levels in BAC (Brickfields Asia College), that college is famous for studying law, I heard among 13,000 lawyers in Malaysia 8,000 completed their studies there, so I guess my choice to become a lawyer will work well there.
I’m on the express route for my A levels course, which I’ll be taking 2 subjects (law and economics) and complete the course within 11 months. After that I’ll be doing my law degree and study abroad in UK for my 3rd year. After ‘after that’, I have to complete CLP (Certificate of Legal Practices) and that’s all I know, probably doing higher levels in the future.
Heh I like theory and words more than 1+1=3, although maths and science are still cool though.
Shoe, weird really.
by Nick on Feb.08, 2009, under Unforgettable
I just bought a shoe, but I had a weird experience with it though.
Have a look first..

I thought it was camel brand with the price of RM69.99 (19.45 USD), I was so excited, felt like the world is finally willing to bow before me, oh well, but when I reached home it wasn’t camel and I got fired up..
Was so blur and unobservant..

My definition for Childish : Grateful, Thankful, Proud, Perfect.
by Nick on Feb.05, 2009, under The Truth
In “Nick’s world definition of words”,
Childish – A homosapien dazzled in hope and always with incredible thoughts, a good example when I was young : I used to ask 5 times a day, if a plane were to collide with a train, which one will survives? Hah that is really one memorable moment, people used to get “umm…” or the most popular answer is ” How can both of them collide?”
I’m thankful to the childish me as they have given me so much memorable, happy and precious pictures of the past. Although silly, but it’s proud to tell someone how far your thought can reach when you were childish.
Childish, with no age limit used to provide fun to the “bearer” and their surroundings. Their god granted acts can really cracks someone up.
Nevertheless, as our age increases we tend to put a distance with “childish”, I guess most of us have misinterpreted the usage of childish. In fact for me, the ultimately path to happy and cheerful is to indulge oneself with a small portion (at least) with childishness. With childish by our side, we tend to think things positively and with the countless ” what if ” the answer to a single decision could takes hours, but promising with fruitful outcome.
It’s sad to say that I’m losing the childish thoughts day by day, wondering how my thoughts will be narrowed day by day, and what is left to trigger my laughter?
